In this Privacy Statement, Prembco Amsterdam B.V. («Primalbase») explains which (personal) data Primalbase collects and how Primalbase uses and protects your (personal) data.
A. Types of Information That You Provide / Storage Time
Account Information. If you create an account in order to obtain our Services or receive information regarding our Services, we may require your first name, surname, e-mail address, your wallet address and booking details/information. We will store this information as long as you use our Services and will permanently delete this information one year after the Services have been terminated. By creating your account, you will be explicitly asked to accept the terms and conditions of our Primalbase Terms and Conditions and consent to processing the data you have been uploading.
Visit Primalbase Locations. For safety and security reasons and identification purposes, Primalbase Amsterdam, Primalbase Berlin and Primalbase London may separately gather your personal data, including a copy of your ID. To this end, Primalbase Amsterdam, Primalbase Berlin or Primalbase London will enter into a separate agreement with you, which agreement will inter alia set forth your consent, the purposes of the processing and your rights and obligations.
Career Applications: for further information how personal data of applicants and employees of Primalbase are processed, we kindly refer to the privacy policies we provide to these applicants and employees.
Tour Applications: if you request to have a tour at any of the Primalbase Locations, we may require your first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number and preferred visit time and dates.
Get In Touch Application: if you apply via our get in touch application, we may require to provide us with your first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, company name, your job title, team size and/or company info.
Newsletter and Customer Support: in order to receive our newsletter or in case you wish to be contacted by our team for feedback and/or customer support, you may create and account and/or submit your e-mail address and/or information, such as questions, related to our Services and/or Website. For sending the newsletters, Primalbase uses a web application provided by:

B. How Primalbase Uses the Information
Primalbase requires to receive, collect and process certain (personal) information and/or data to (i) render, improve, customize, support, and market our Services, including sharing the data with Primalbase Berlin and Primalbase London; and (ii) with respect to your use of our website www.primalbase.com («Website»), including for analytic and safety and security purposes; (iii) in
Primalbase further uses Third Party Service Providers relating to the Website and Services, such as companies that provide hosting and back up services, and support services to Primalbase and Primalbase shares your (personal) data with these companies for these purposes. In such case, Primalbase ensures, by way of contracting with these companies, that your (personal) data will not be used for other purposes, while we also ensure that your (personal) data will be removed once they are no longer needed.
Primalbase may also share your personal data, consisting of your first name, sir name and e-mail address, with Binary District Holding B.V. in order to enable Binary Holding District to provide you with information regarding their services.
Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation («GDPR»), Primalbase must have a legal basis to collect and process (personal) data. Below we will set out these legal grounds, while we note that, at any time, you have the right to request Primalbase to grant you access to your (personal) data, ask for rectification, or permanently remove your (personal) data. The following legal basis are applicable to the collection and processing of your personal data:
Contract If you have concluded a valid contract with Primalbase, Primalbase will process your data in order to perform such contract (see: Terms and Conditions). The way Primalbase collects and process your (personal) data is described in detail in the Terms and Conditions. Pursuant to the GDPR, you have the right to port the (personal) data you submit under the Terms and Conditions. Consent. By accepting our Term and Conditions and/or via our Website, you may give your explicit consent to process the (personal) data you submit to Primalbase in order to enable Primalbase and its Affiliates, including Primalbase Berlin and Primalbase London, to render our Services to you or to enable Binary District to inform you regarding their Services. The way Primalbase collects and process your (personal) data is also described in detail in the Terms and Conditions. Pursuant to the GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time or request Primalbase to port your (personal) data. If you wish to do so, please see the section Exercising Your Rights how you can do this.
Communication. We may use the (personal) data you provide us to communicate with you regarding our (new) Services and Website, and to provide updates. Pursuant to the GDPR, you may object to this. If you wish to do so, please see section Exercising Your Rights how you can do this.
Safety and Security. In order to ensure and promoting safety and security and prevent fraud or unauthorized use of our Services, as well as to ensure that our Services and Website are used for legitimate purposes, Primalbase needs to verify the created accounts and activities on its Website and investigate possible violations of the Terms and Conditions.
Legal Obligation. Primalbase may process your (personal) data for compliance with a legal obligation to which Primalbase is subject.
Legitimate Interests. Primalbase may process your (personal) data in case it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Primalbase or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by your interests or your fundamental rights and freedoms, which require protection of your (personal) data. Protect Interests. Primalbase may process your (personal) data in order to protect your vital interests or those of others and for reasons of substantial public interest. C. Exercising Rights / Deleting Personal Data
Pursuant to the GDPR and/or other applicable laws and/or regulations, you have the following rights:
(a) right to access and port your personal data; (b) right to rectify your personal data; (c) right to erase your personal data (to be forgotten); (d) right to restrict your personal data; (e) object to processing of your personal data, including right to object to Primalbase processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes and right to object to Primalbase processing of your personal data in case Primalbase is performing a task in the public interest or pursuing Primalbase«s legitimate interests or those of a third party.
