Please make use of the office respectfully. i.e. keep it clean and treat the itinerary and furniture carefully. Any aggression or illegal activity knowingly or unknowingly will result in immediate termination of your visit and the police will be informed if necessary. Please note that we have a security camera system in place that could record you. Before leaving the office, always make sure you take your belongings with you. Primalbase is not responsible in case of loss.
Our policy regarding external guests requires that you have booked the meeting room or an office and you have registered their names during the booking so the local Primalbase team can check them in upon their arrival. Please always announce any external guest to the Primalbase staff. In case of allowing guests to enter the office without a Primalbase employee present, please find a member of the team in order to inform them.
Hot desks & phone booths
In the co-working area, please respect other visitors by keeping the noise level to a minimum and turning off all notifications. For phone calls, please make use of the designated Phone Booths which are located at the back of our co-working space. In the co-working space, you are allowed to drink, but not to eat. Please eat in the kitchen area only.
The meeting room is strictly meant for meetings and not to be used as a co-working area. To book a meeting (max. 2 hours), please do so 24 hours in advance by emailing email@example.com or asking the local Primalbase team, stating the date and time, including the number of people (max. 12 people) and the names of any external guests attending. Guests have to check-in at the reception before entering the meeting room.
Primalbase provides coffee, tea, soft drinks, fruit and snacks. Please clean up after using the kitchen and place any used dishes in the dishwasher. To store your food, feel free to use the designated shelves for tenants in the fridge and cupboards. The fridge can be found in the kitchen area. Please label your products and remove any decaying food items that are yours.
We do not allow smoking in the office. This includes e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products. You may only smoke outside of the building.
Our bathrooms are located on our floor. Please respect the space and kindly leave the toilet clean after use.
